Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON and DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise resident care according to assessed status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident orders and plans of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare for complete Medical Records.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome customers and support survey preparedness.
• Ensure campus tour readiness and coordinate tours as needed.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
