Regions Hospital is seeking a Clinical Resource Lead RN to provide clinical and operational leadership for evenings and weekends, overseeing inpatient care needs and staffing in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care and Critical Care. The role supports high-quality, family-centered care within a Shared Governance model and emphasizes collaboration with the nursing team.

The ideal candidate has strong acute/critical care experience and leadership skills; BSN is preferred; ACLS/PALS certification

Formación

• RN degree and Minnesota RN license.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Two years acute/critical care RN experience with at least six months in leadership/education.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inpatient care needs and adjust staffing as needed.
• Provide clinical and administrative leadership on evenings and weekends.
• Direct patient care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care and Critical Care areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
