Job summary

EvergreenHealth Monroe is seeking an Administrative Supervisor in Nursing for a full-time day shift (6a-6:30p) on a semi-rural hospital campus. The role supports the nursing leadership team, floats across units, and provides rest and meal break relief for RNs and RN Shift Coordinators, ensuring adherence to standards of care and hospital policies.

Qualified candidates have WA RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3+ years in emergerncy/critical care nursing, with PALS/NIHSS/NRP/TNCC within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications.
• PALS, NIHSS, NRP and TNCC certifications or eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years in emergency/critical care or acute care nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and act as patient advocate.
• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate care.
• Partner with physicians and the inter-disciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Promote teamwork and ensure timely completion of patient care tasks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with staff and supervisors.
