Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff.
• Document patient conditions and updates in the care plan.
• Transcribe and process orders per unit standards.
• Coordinate patient transportation to tests and procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and hygiene, including changing linens.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain equipment quality control.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor for new staff and students.
