Job summary

Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesville, FL, seeks a 3-11 Supervisor RN or LPN to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents. You will assess needs, develop care plans, supervise CNAs and staff, and ensure accurate charting for billing and quality care.

The role requires a Florida license (RN or LPN), 1–3 years supervisory experience, CPR certification, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RN or LPN required.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care to residents on the 3p–11p shift.
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care; supervise CNAs and other staff.
• Complete admission/discharge assessments and documentation for billing.
• Write admission notes and update charting with significant changes.
• Identify priority nursing problems and implement care plans.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care and status.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to resolve staffing or patient-care issues.
