Job summary

Southern Pines Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the 3p-11p shift. You will supervise care planning, conduct rounds, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality resident care.

The role requires an RN license in Florida, CPR/BLS, and IV certification. BSN preferred, with a strong background in nursing practices and team leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and day-to-day activities on assigned shifts.
• Oversee care planning and delivery for resident care.
• Conduct rounds to assess residents and identify needs.
• Provide direct resident care when necessary and assist with ADLs, meals, medications, and treatments.
