The Villages Rehab in Lady Lake, FL, is seeking an RN to serve as Evening Supervisor. This role provides clinical leadership, oversees resident care, and coordinates with charge nurses and the Director of Nursing. Requirements include Florida RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of related nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• Must have CPR certification.
• One year related nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and standards of practice.
• Oversee evening shift and communicate resident status to charge nurses and Director of Nursing.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and restock supplies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per policy.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and education for residents and families.
