Advanced Care Center in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Evening RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on supervising personnel, maintaining consistent practices, and supporting the hiring process for nursing staff.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Florida RN or LPN with geriatrics experience, strong communication, and a cooperative attitude to work with families and colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse in good standing and licensed by the state of Florida.
• Clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel
• Participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring of nursing personnel
• Maintaining consistent practices
• Effectively communicates performance expectations
• Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit
• Attend and participate in department meetings.
