Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is seeking an experienced RN to join our leadership team as an Evening Supervisor.

This role supervises the evening nursing operations, provides clinical leadership, ensures high-quality resident care, and coordinates with physicians and the care team to promote positive outcomes.

Active Florida RN license required; supervisory experience and experience in long-term care or rehabilitation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing operations during the evening shift.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete and review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed.
• Participate in staff development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
