Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Sylvania, OH is seeking an Evening Supervisor (RN) to support the DON and ADON in the evening shift, ensuring high-quality care across the nursing department. Responsibilities include planning and directing nursing services, supervising resident care per plans, maintaining patient records in MatrixCare, and ensuring a tour-ready campus.

Candidates must hold an active RN license and CPR certification; evening hours, 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident assessment, orders, and plan of care.
