Job summary

Capital Health in Pennington, NJ is seeking an Admin Nursing Coordinator (House Supervisor) for evenings to oversee nursing operations and patient care on every unit. Shift: 11:00am–11:00pm; 36 hours weekly.

The ideal candidate has a BSN, five years RN experience with leadership, NJ RN license, and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale). Strong organization, communication, and staff coordination skills are essential. Salary range reflects 1.0 FTE and may vary by campus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
• Five years RN experience including two years in leadership.
• NJ RN license; TNCC within 6 months if on RMC campus.
• AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications or obtain within 6 months.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification + annual CNE.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in identifying clinical and administrative priorities.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for next shift; make rounds to assess nursing care.
• Respond to emergencies and codes; communicate with administration.
• Collaborate with nurse managers to oversee new staff and performance issues.
