Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in clinical and administrative leadership for a designated unit. You will mentor staff, coordinate patient care operations, and ensure adherence to hospital standards and policies.

The role requires a nursing degree, active CA RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of progressive nursing experience.

Formación

• A degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• CA RN license required; BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of nursing practice standards and patient care quality programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Nurse Manager with clinical management and administrative coordination.
• Supervise patient care staff during assigned shifts and coordinate unit operations.
• Mentor staff and support performance evaluation and staff development.
• Contribute to policy implementation and continuous quality improvement.
• Act as liaison to Nurse Manager and ensure adherence to C-I-CARE standards.
