Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
• Preferred: 1 to 3 years custodial work.

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and remove trash.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment (e.g., forklifts).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids to prepare cleaning solutions.
• Assist with cleaning inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the customer service agent.
