Job summary

Diversified Maintenance in North Carolina is seeking a Part Time Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning inside a building or client sites, with flexible duties per client needs. The role is evenings, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at $10.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Responsibilities

Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage.
Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, entrance areas.
Empty trash; use a compactor for certain materials.
Clean windows, glass, mirrors; spot-clean carpets and periodic extractions.
Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedule.
Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
