Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a Facilities Custodian to keep our Kinston campus clean and orderly, handling heavy cleaning tasks and reporting maintenance needs.

You will operate cleaning equipment, manage supplies, and support inventory while adhering to safety and quality standards. Evening and weekend work may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and remove trash.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment such as forklifts and floor scrubbers.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Assist with cleaning inventory and paperwork.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the customer service agent.

Job Summary

The Facilities Custodian keeps the buildings on the Kinston campus in clean and orderly condition while performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Duties include performing routine cleaning activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
