Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a bustling kitchen; knife skills are a plus.
• Ability to manage common allergens (peanut, dairy, gluten, etc.).
• Team player who can stand/walk 3 hours or more.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Restock food line and supplies.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Operate the slicer if 18 or older.
• Clean dining and kitchen areas; handle waste.
• Operate cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders by phone.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
