Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking friendly, outgoing Team Members for evening and night shifts after 4pm. You will deliver fast, friendly service and a quality product in a lively environment, helping close the shop and keep energy high until close.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knife skills are a plus for food prep.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lb when needed.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Restock food line, chips, and coolers.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, etc., efficiently.
• Handle cash register and maintain proper balance.
• Assist with customer questions and orders, including delivery/catering.
