Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting and break/fix activities on shipboard IT networks using a satellite connection to connect, login, and conduct work
• Coordinate remote support needed with StratasCorp Technician help desk and Remote Administration team, as well as shipboard crew, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities
• Gather data as needed and provide to StratasCorp teams to respond to data calls
• Prepare and provide daily work reports
