Job summary

Rochester Regional Health, including Park Ridge Living Center and Wegman Family Cottages, is seeking an RN supervisor to oversee daily nursing staff across evening/night shifts. You will coordinate care plans with the nurse manager and provider teams to meet quality, safety, and operational targets.

Qualified candidates are NYS-registered RNs with 1–3 years of nursing experience; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience.
• Registered in NYS as a registered nurse professional. Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees short & long term Nursing Dept. staff schedules and problem solving.
• Acts as clinical resource to staff, coordinating with nurse manager, staff and provider on plan of care.
• Promotes QA program in Nursing Dept. and assists with charge nurse duties and weekend supervision as needed.
