• Facilitate emergency medical assessment and care.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff problem solving.
• Coordinate rapid admission of residents.
• Promote planned in-services for nursing staff.
• Ensure continuity of resident status with hospital staff.
• Supervise mealtimes and record completion.
• Facilitate QA program for Nursing Dept.
