Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in the Lawrence/Topeka area is seeking a Night Manager to help oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors.

You will review scopes of work, verify that service levels are met, and coordinate with the Facility Services Manager while ensuring client expectations are met and policies are followed in a multi-site, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in multi-unit or multi-location settings.
• Strong planning, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent in commercial janitorial services industry.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality per account.
• Communicate with the Facility Services Manager daily for issues.
• Recommend IC work assignments and manage to client standards.
• Manage inspections, complaints, and new client starts.
• Execute City Wide policies and procedures.
• Oversee multiple office buildings in a hybrid role.
