Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager for the Lawrence/Topeka area to oversee contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors. The role includes reviewing client contracts to verify that work meets expectations, coordinating with on-site teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

This position is hybrid, overseeing multiple office buildings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams in multi-location settings.
• Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or janitorial services is a plus.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Review the scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account.
• Coordinate with the Facility Services Manager for issues requiring attention.
• Recommend IC work assignments and manage to client standards and policies.
• Oversee inspections, customer inquiries, and VIP requests.
• Enforce compliance with client policies, tools, and equipment.
• Execute company policies and procedures as required.
• Oversee multiple office buildings in a hybrid role.
