Job summary

SOUTHALL FARM & INN is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver memorable experiences for guests while performing night audit tasks and front desk duties. You will manage check-ins/outs, verify payments, and assist guests with information about local attractions and hotel services.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Audit or Guest Service Agent experience preferred.
• Able to understand, speak, read and write in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Resort Suite PMS is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete night audit process, including end-of-day accounting.
• Review late arrivals and departures; prepare in-house lists and function sheets.
• Handle guest relocations when necessary.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide accurate information.
