Job summary

rms Company is seeking a Milling CNC Machinist to operate CNC mills supporting medical device components. 2nd shift is available from 3:30 pm to 3:30 am, with a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include machine operation, quality inspection, preventative maintenance, and tool changes. Qualified candidates have CNC milling experience, strong math skills, GD&T understanding, and the ability to read blueprints and measurement tools.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
• Strong math background (shop math).
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment (micrometer, caliper).

Responsibilities

• Operate Milling CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.
