Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking a Milling CNC Machinist to support the medical device manufacturing process. The role operates Milling CNC machines and includes quality inspections, preventative maintenance, and tool changes.

The position offers a 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 3:30 am) with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is required and blueprints must be read accurately.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Operate Milling CNC machines.
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Complete tool changes.
