METAL CRAFT, located in Elk River, MN, seeks a CNC Milling Machinist for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) with overtime as needed. The role involves setting up and operating multiple CNC milling machines, reading blueprints, and performing quality checks to ensure precision parts.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in machining or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of CNC machinist experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines per job routings.
• Read blueprints, identify tolerances, and select tooling.
• Perform quality checks and document results per spec.
• Adjust offsets and tool wear lengths as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
