rms Company is seeking a Milling CNC Machinist in Minnesota to operate CNC milling equipment and support the manufacture of medical implants and components. The role involves performing quality checks and preventative maintenance to ensure consistent machine performance.

The position falls on 1st shift (5:00 am - 3:00 pm), with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefit package through Cretex Medical. Candidates should be proficient in GD&T, blueprints, and precision measurement.

Qualifications

• Operator experience with Milling CNC machines.
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using a microscope.
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer.

Responsibilities

• Operate Milling CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes
