Job summary

Gorham House is seeking a Care Associate/PSS for Memory Care on the evening shift to support residents with daily living activities and meaningful engagement. You will work with seniors in a memory care setting, assist with ADLs, lead activities, and help ensure comfort and safety in the dementia care environment.

This full-time role offers a compassionate team and opportunities to contribute to residents’ quality of life while maintaining their dignity, with a schedule from 2:30 PM to 11 PM and

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and communicate.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to support independence.
• Lead one-on-one and group activities with memory care residents.
• Serve meals and assist with memory care laundry and basic housekeeping.
• Respond to resident/family/employee concerns with timely follow-up.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents and staff.
• Observe and report changes or concerns related to memory care residents.
