Job summary

Gorham House is seeking a Care Associate/PSS for night shifts to assist residents in the Assisted Living and Memory Care units. You will help with activities of daily living, medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services while preserving dignity and independence.

Requires at least 1 year in senior care, acceptable English proficiency, and state-dependent CNA/CHHA license. 40 hours per week, night shift 10:30 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable English proficiency to perform duties and communicate with staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compassionate, professional and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in memory care and assisted living.
• Provide medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing and escort services.
• Document daily log of assistance and report issues to supervisor.
• Respect and support residents' independence and dignity.
