Job summary

Two Rivers YMCA in Rock Island, IL is seeking an energetic Front Desk Associate to provide quality member service and support daily operations. Evening availability is required, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.

Greet members, offer tours, process memberships and program registrations, handle cash receipts, and maintain a neat lobby. Requires a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; basic computer knowledge and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months customer service experience.
• Ability to read, interpret general documents, and follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and community in person or by phone.
• Offer tours of the facility and explain YMCA benefits.
• Provide information about memberships, programs, rentals, reservations and services.
