Job summary

The Ridge YMCA at Capital Credit Union – De Pere, WI is seeking a Member Service Associate to deliver an exceptional Y experience to members, guests, and participants by assisting with membership transactions, registrations, and inquiries. You will welcome visitors, ensure facility safety, and handle check-ins with accuracy and care.

The hours are every Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 9:15 PM and you may sub for other shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months’ experience in customer service, sales or office operations preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, math, and computer skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive first impression with a welcoming environment.
• Assist members with membership transactions, registrations, and inquiries.
• Greet and check in members and guests, and maintain facility security.
• Enter data accurately and report daily transactions in Daxko.
• Respond to questions and concerns, and support promotions and program calls.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report irregularities.
• Assist with opening/closing, and sign-in/out for children as required.
