Job summary

Southwest Behavioral Health Center seeks a part-time role to provide medication monitoring and related support for adults with mental illness. The position involves evening coverage (2–3 hours) with weekend rotations, traveling to clients' residences as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Three to six months experience in a social service program.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication monitoring and support to adults with mental illness.
• Coordinate with case management and maintain client records in the electronic system.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in treatment planning.
• Assist with intake paperwork and client goal development.
