PruittHealth is seeking a Certified Medication Aide for part-time evening shifts. You will assist residents with medications ordered by licensed providers and support medication management per individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include MAR transcription, REMINDING residents, ensuring accurate documentation, and communicating with pharmacy, providers, and families to ensure safe, timely medication administration. Some high school required; on-the-job training provided.

Qualificações

• Education: Some high school required.
• Experience: On-the-job training provided.
• Licensing: CMA certification or state requirements per law (where applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with medications as ordered by licensed providers.
• Remind residents to take medications and assist with self-administration.
• Transcribe and document medication orders on MAR accurately.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration at all times.
• Communicate with pharmacy, healthcare providers, and families as needed.
