Job summary

CountryHouse Lincoln I, part of Agemark Senior Living, specializes in memory care. We’re seeking a compassionate Medication Aide for evening shifts to support residents and families in a warm, engaging environment.

You will administer medications per physician orders, document accurately, and collaborate with the nursing team to monitor well-being, safety, and dignity for older adults.

Qualifications

• Medication Aide Certification: Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements).
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Compassionate Heart: Patient, dependable, and passionate about caring for older adults.
• Attention to Detail: Comfortable with medication documentation and basic computer skills.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safe Medication Support: Administer medications according to physician orders while ensuring accuracy and resident safety.
• Deliver Compassionate Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Monitor Resident Well-Being: Observe for changes in condition, document appropriately, and communicate concerns with the nursing team.
• Build Meaningful Connections: Develop trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Create a Positive Environment: Help foster a welcoming, supportive community where residents feel valued and cared for.
