Job summary

Qualifications

• One year full-time experience in a clinical laboratory setting with high complexity testing.
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years clinical experience, with most recent year in present department.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and report results per SOP with quality control requirements.
• Troubleshoot instruments and procedures; support quality control and maintenance.
• Enter test results into the Laboratory Information System for physician review.
• Maintain safety and sanitation; adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA requirements.
• Assist with training and participate in process improvements.
• Support regulatory inspections and address deviations as needed.
