Qualifications

• 2+ years of building and mechanical equipment maintenance/repair experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Michigan driverF license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and medical clearance.
• Must have a reliable home phone or cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Safe Spaces: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on campus buildings, utility systems, and mechanical equipment to ensure a safe, secure environment for youth.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Service, repair, and install plumbing, heating fixtures, and essential facility systems.
• Support Campus Function: Collaborate with maintenance supervisors to complete repairs efficiently and minimize disruptions to daily youth programming.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Keep all physical facility standards aligned with safety, security, and quality requirements.
