Duties include plumbing/heating system work, preventative maintenance, events setup/breakdown, and general upkeep. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required for this position.
• Must complete a clear background check including DHHS CPS clearance and a physical exam.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Service and repair plumbing and heating fixtures and systems.
• Assist with special events setup and breakdown of equipment.
• Perform spot painting, floor care, and other minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain mechanical equipment and locking systems.
