Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of building and mechanical equipment maintenance experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid Michigan driver's license.
• Background check, DHS Central Registry clearance and medical clearance required.
• Reliable home or cell phone required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Safe Spaces: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on campus buildings and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Service, repair, and install plumbing, heating fixtures, and essential systems.
• Support Campus Function: Collaborate with supervisors to complete repairs efficiently and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Keep facility standards aligned with safety and quality requirements.
