Job summary

The technician inspects, repairs, and maintains equipment, fixtures, and safety systems, and may work nights or weekends. Responsibilities include painting, wiring checks, HVAC care, plumbing tasks, and reporting repair needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• Electrical, HVAC-R, carpentry or plumbing certificates preferred.
• C.F.C. certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Touch-up paint, woodwork, and furniture; repair wall vinyl.
• Inspect and tighten hardware; replace batteries and light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC unit, replace filters; clear drains; caulk tubs and vanities.
• Report damage and submit work service requests; assist with major repairs as needed.
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights.
