Job summary

RFMBG LINCOLNSHIRE LLC at the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Maintenance Tech & Evening Maintenance to maintain equipment and facilities to corporate/franchise standards.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of maintenance experience. You will perform routine upkeep, HVAC and electrical checks, and handle repairs, with rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Hourly pay range $25.00–$30.00.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisors and staff.
• Basic math calculations required.
• Certifications in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Touch-up paint, woodwork, and furniture.
• Repair wall vinyl and replace batteries in remotes.
• Inspect and tighten hardware; check HVAC and replace filters.
• Report damage and submit work requests for repairs.
• Major mechanical, electrical, or plumbing repairs.
