Job summary

Carter's Inc. in Braselton, GA is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice to assist in installing, repairing and maintaining conveyors, machines and warehouse equipment in our busy distribution center.

You will learn from experienced technicians, perform basic maintenance tasks, and ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and Carter's safety rules. Applicants must be able to lift 45 lb alone (100 lb with help), hold a valid driver’s license, and be available to work extended shifts during peak

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• Must pass equipment training.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds individually and 100 pounds with team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyors, machines, and equipment.
• Complete training on basic maintenance functions.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and Carter's safety rules are followed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and work well with management and peers to maximize productivity.
• Maintenance of facility property, including HVAC, generators, and security systems.
