Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds individually and 100 pounds with team.
• Must be able to pass equipment training including scissor lift, stock picker, reach truck, pallet truck, and turret truck.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyors, machines and equipment.
• Complete necessary training on basic maintenance functions.
• Ensure all work is done in accordance with OSHA regulations and Carter's safety rules.
• Maintain facility property including building grounds, HVAC, generators, sprinkler systems, and security systems.
