The position requires leading a team, coordinating daily work orders, and partnering with Engineering for equipment improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Two-year technical degree in electrical/electro-mechanical fields or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience; or 5–10 years with a high school diploma.
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems; PLCs; AC/DC drives; Allen-Bradley controls; ability to lead a team.

• Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed and identify unsafe conditions.
• Perform routine safety and environmental audits to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Support IPS Safety Teams and participate in safety audits.
