Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the evening shift, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in care conferences and meet with residents and family members to discuss care plans and concerns.
• Demonstrates a commitment to resident-centered care, advocating for their rights and dignity.
