Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Advance in Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team on a full-time basis. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating weekends, offering day and night options and a $4,000 sign-on bonus plus a $500 referral bonus.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications, vital signs, ADLs, and care plan development. Missouri LPN licensure is required; prior skilled-nursing or senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, vital signs, and condition monitoring.

• Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care to our residents. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring resident conditions
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri.
• Experience in a skilled-nursing, senior living or related setting preferred.
