We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at our Excelsior Springs, Missouri location. As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents, their families, and our community.

About the Role

• Provide quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and physicians
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
