Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with appropriate documentation.
• Administer medications and communicate with pharmacies as needed.
• Update and implement care plans based on provider orders and resident needs.
