Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification and nursing specialty certification desired.
• 2 years’ experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing care for residents and assigns nurse aides accordingly.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provides safe, compassionate care and monitors residents’ health status.
• Notifies physicians of changes in condition and documents new orders.
• Performs nursing assessments and coordinates care with the medical team.
