Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing and Iowa eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion or ability to obtain State-approved LPN Supervisory Course within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ clinical status and contribute to care planning with the team.
• Deliver and oversee direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy within scope.
• Administer medications and treatments with safe, accurate documentation.
