Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and thrive in a team environment.
• Passion for improving service speed and food quality based on customer input.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring proper seasoning and doneness.
• Plate dishes using pre-portioned ingredients, maintaining presentation standards.
• Taste and adjust dishes for flavor consistency, ensuring timely service.
• Keep the line and kitchen surfaces sanitized and clean.
• Collaborate with chef and staff to manage kitchen flow and assist during busy periods.
• Follow food safety protocols and monitor equipment cleanliness.
• Address special requests and contribute to a positive dining experience.
